Wow. We had living room, dining room, family room and laundry room water everywhere! Worst most dishonest company there is. First they quoted me 1800 which became 3500. Then they damaged my home ( mold they were supposedly supposed to help avoid, wall damage, cabinet damage). They told me if I didn’t use insurance it would cost me less. Well that was a lie. They lack integrity and I hope no one has to use them in an emergency.

We moved our dishwasher and found a leak behind it. You know how it goes. After I tried the obvious (searching, flashlight, duct tape, etc.) we called an actual plumber. And it turned out that there had been a water leak into the drywall, causing a bunch of water damage and nastiness. Houses, right?

With a shower leaking under the house, our plumber highly recommended Dry Force. Jonathon Ocampo came out to our home, and immediately assessed the situation. Jonathon placed fans under the affected part of our home and continued to monitor them daily. Today, after several visits to our home, Jonathon determined our home was cleared for renovation. We needed the services of a water removal company to drain several large pools of water that had accumulated under our house due to the recent rains (that we had been asking for).
Our plumbing service suggested the use of Dry Force (DF). They responded immediately to our emergency because before determining the real source of the water, our plumbers needed to have the water extracted. DF did a very thorough job, extracting the water and then spreading, what I called "industrial strength kitty litter" to absorb more of the moisture.

Dry Force was available quickly and took my water leak seriously. They came out and mitigated my water damage, tore out the damaged areas, set up dryers and dehumidifiers, and came back until the job was complete. They did their work quickly and efficiently, which is an incredible relief when you're dealing with water leak while it's pouring rain outside.
Kudos and thanks especially to Maaz, the technician who did the lion's share of the work. He appeared on time, after business hours, and kept working until the bulk of the job was done. He was super courteous, took his shoes off

I was surprised to log on and find the 1-star reviews after my amazing experience today with Dry Force. However it was only 2 negative experiences, so hopefully my entry will - wow, am I really going to say this??- bring balance to the (dry) Force.
I found my hot water heater leaking (i.e., creating a lagoon) today (Sunday afternoon of course!). Dry Force was quick and responsive to my problem, which was sewage leakage under my house. Unfortunately, that's where the positives ended. They quoted me for 400 sq feet of removal when in actuality, it was only 150 feet of removal that I needed. They also tried to upsell me with a bunch of different fans and drying techniques that 3 other companies told me were not only not needed, but would actually do more harm than good.
I would def call someone else, never, never take advice or recs from Roto Rooter.

FIND ANOTHER COMPANY!!! We have a major leak problem and they were recommended by Roto Rooter for draining the water under our rented duplex. A man came to do the job, he came on time but did not bring the right equipment, he brought a small hose and pump instead of a big one. He was on the phone all the time talking to someone not plumbing related, not about fixing my plumbing problem. He went out for lunch and almost didn't come back to finish the job. I would go on and on but bottom line. Job until now isn't done. He must have no family. For he doesn't know how important water

Of course not all of it was Dry forces charges but I will explain to you in detail. Dry force installed fans and brought 3-4 companies to subcontract to do the other job. I did not know all they do is drying part. Each one of them did something and charged my insurance for it. All they did was replace couple of dry wood. Don't hesitate to call dry force especially in an emergency.
It was past midnight and our house was flooding with sewage water. dry force sent out their technician right away to contain the contamination and start the drying process immediately.
Francis (our technician from dry force) came and stayed till 5am to make sure everything was okay. I truly recommend Dry force to take care of any situation.

If I were doing it again I'd request a quote from other companies before signing the Dry Force contract.
