I hired Josh to power wash my house for an a half weeks ago. When he power washed my house it knocked a piece of siding off. The piece of siding was at the very top of my chimney so I could not reach it. It took 4 1/2 weeks, 27 texts, and profanity over the phone to get my siding fixed by one of his employees

We live in a community where Newcomb cuts and trims everyone’s lawn, because that is the business the Homeowners Assoc hired. This is the worst service ever. Every week we have an issue. One week they miss cutting a whole side of our yard, another week they don’t trim. Or they cut the grass so short that there is dead grass laying everywhere. Have complained many times and nothing changes. Would not even give 1 Star, but had to choose at least one to write a review.

I am so disappointed with this company, someone came out on monday june 17, 2018 to measure and give me an estimate, here it is june 23 and i heard nothing. If they didnt want to do the project, then tell me so I can get someone else, just dont leave us hanging. Now it has delayed our project further. I even emailed them without a response. What a way to handle new customers. I would not recommend this place. Poor customer service.

This company did landscaping for an elderly relative. The edging was popping out of the ground within 2 weeks. Bare spots where stone was supposed to be, were found. We went to install stepping stones at the base of her back stairs and near the water spickets for stability for a person to access (that should have been done on install in my opinion) and found there are areas where the barrier fabric was not placed which explains why grass is growing between the weeds. 2 months after the install the edging has not been fixed. Would not recommend to anyone unless you want to hover over them every
