I have had Rafael and his team do two big projects for me and I have been beyond thrilled (which has not been my experience with other contractors!). The team is professional, punctual, kind to my children, and does excellent work. Rafael is really easy to work with, listened to my priorities, helped make the decisions that made sense, and ensured we were happy.
