Tech came out and diagnosed $350.00 worth of problems. I called another company for another service call charge and he cleaned the sensors and it was fixed. Being in Business for 35 years myself I have never seen such a blatant rip off. My Samsung was only a year old and a second opinion was so easy to call their bluff. Seriously if you guys need money come over and I'll give some to help out if you can promises NOT to take advantage of other people especially the Elderly. I did send them two letter with the receipts of the other company only wiping my sensors off and they did not respond to anything

Critical: Punctuality
Our washer and dryer has been broken for over a month. The first time they came out they just looked at it. A week later they came back but had ordered the wrong part. They were supposed to come back today and fix it, but they were running late on their other appointments and now it will be another week before it is fixed. Unreal.

I called them so they could make an appointment for me to stop by and they said they would put me on the schedule for the next week, then i called and they said they have me scheduled for 2 weeks!!!!! When those two weeks came no one showed up, apparently they mixed up my phone number and I have to wait another week and they said they would put me on for the next Tuesday. After the week past I called off from work just to stay home so there would be someone at my house, just to find out they didn’t put me on the schedule AGAIN!!! I’ve been waiting to fix my dryer for over a month now! I do
