I called A&R at 7:45 this morning and they were out by 8:30 or so to look at it. Needless to say they were able to not only get it fixed, but I think it is much more secure now then when and unnamed and out of business company put it in. I really thought I was going to take it in the wallet after it was all done, but to my surprise the price was very reasonable, and less than what I thought it was going to cost.
