The Kitchen Squad

Ray came to my house- measured for counters and said he would call the next day to set up an appointment to come to the showroom. No call so 3 weeks later I went to the showroom. Couldn’t find my paperwork at first(someone found it buried) then very nicely went through details of what I wanted…I took home a granite sample and Ray was supposed to come the next day at 4pm to remeasure, price the job and pick up the sample.No call no show. I guess my job isn’t big enough 😠

Store hours are NOT accommodating. Staff are pleasant but limited with knowledge. I’ve never known of a cabinet store to only work until 4 pm with no weekends. Sometimes you go to the store well before closing and they are closed... figure that one out.
Not enough samples on showroom floor

The young lady at the front desk was polite but did not know about anything on the showroom floor. I was unable to get a hold of anyone else over the course of the next 3 days.

These guys are the best, helped me out,great work great price ,i am using them a second time
