We had a rather substantial ant problem in our kitchen and a few wasps building homes on our covered deck. I called them initially to deal with the ants in the kitchen, they were everywhere and beyond annoying, nobody wants to feel like a bad housekeeper. When the initial tech came out, exactly as scheduled, he did an entire home inspection inside and out. I purchased an ongoing plan and began the process. We had several spiders in our basement bedrooms so I called to set up an appointment. They sprayed a few different times. Each time they sprayed we would find more spiders and bugs. The bugs weren’t dying either. When I called to voice my concerns, the lady was very rude and hateful to me. She said their spray is supposed to draw the bugs out of hiding and then kill them. I said they weren’t dying and she started cussing at me saying I needed to give it time to work. At this point I had asked them not to come back for a while. The tech was very polite, quick but through inside and out. He did a fantastic job. He was also the tech that aided us in catching the only mouse we have had in seven years. That poor mouse didn’t have a chance. It took only a few hours. Thank you for this great service.
