Our door broke the night before the tropical storm. My generator was inside the garage and I needed things done quickly. I called three places, two "highly recommended" through local facebook pages, and Affina, whose name I got through google. The local people were nice, but not too responsive. When one did respond, he told me there was no way to get the door or the opener I needed because the supplier's were all closed and everything was on back order. We needed two new garage doors on our old house. David gave us an in person quote, had all materials in stock during the pandemic (even the more custom style doors that other vendors had quoted me 8-16 weeks) and installed them within a few short days. David is a professional; he was very detailed in his explanation and assessment of what would be best for my garage. On the day of service, he arrived at the agreed upon time and executed the entire replacement of my garage door and opener, all by himself. He did a beautiful job! I own a home in Short Hills and needed an overhead garage door opener installed in June of 2013. I called multiple service providers and several didn't call me back, or weren't helpful on the phone. Large national stores said that they'd take 2 weeks to get an installer out to see me. When I called Affina, the experience was quite different. David, the owner, explained what I needed to know, and laid out multiple options for me over the phone. He then came out himself to make an assessment of my garage, and offer me final pricing. He was able to come out the same day, which was great
