Super happy with the job that was done by Chandler. He went the extra mile and took the time to explain a few questions I had and informed me a little bit about how everything works. My new house has a septic system. This was all new me. I was suddenly in an emergency situation where my powder room toilet basically exploded with black water everywhere. I was a wreck! I called several companies that were recommended to me. From my first phone call to Becky, I felt so much better. She was very helpful and positive. It was about 3 pm on a Monday and she promised me someone would be out that day!

I called first thing in the morning to have my septic cleaned out, and they were here at 9 o’clock. Steve was very professional, and extremely nice. He explained to us exactly what was going on. Jody & his wife, his father, and two sons Chandler and Taylor along with the rest of the crew start long before the sun rises and finishes long after that sun goes down. They beat the sun, every day. I had checked reviews for other local septic companies and wasn't too excited at what I found. Complaints of downright rudeness seemed rampant in the industry. I stumbled across Borgers and didn't see any negative reviews, so I said what the heck and gave them a call. The lady who answered the phone was amazing, so polite and cheerful. So I set up an appointment to have my tank pumped. A few days later, the truck arrived within minutes of the 9am scheduled time(awesome!). Out came Jodi and Mike(if I remember correctly), two of the nicest guys you could meet. They were very knowledgeable

They do good work, however they made a real mess of my driveway. My own fault I guess because I had to go out before they finished. Came home to a driveway full of rocks and dirt. Called to complain, worker calls back 2 hours later, claims he swept it all up. Really? I took pictures I said because it was that bad. Of course then he offered to come clean after I spent an hour sweeping up rocks

How great to deal with a company that is honest, pleasant and helpful! Everyone at the company was friendly, patient and willing to answer our questions.
The work is top quality and they were on time. And when everything was said and done, they came in almost $150 under their estimates.

Borger's Septic is the best septic company I've used. Becky and Jodi are very nice people. Jodi is very professionaly and knowledgable. I had a problem for years. The septic company that I used said there was nothing wrong and just told me that I would have to keep pumping my tank. Possibly ever 9 months or so !!!!! Finally I called Jodi, who was recommended by a freind. He came out and solved the problem. He got me up and running and told me that I should be okay until spring, I had to save up some money,I called him 3 weeks ago and told him I was ready to have the work done on my drainage

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!! I'm a nervous nelly when it comes to alarms going off in the house! I was waiting on another company that WOULD NOT come out in the rain!!! Low and Behold, Borgers Inc. was recommended to me by a trusted friend. I called and the woman that answered was cheery, patient and knowledgeable with a nervous customer like me. The young man that came to my home SAME DAY AND IN THE RAIN, had a GREAT ATTITUDE even working in the pouring rain, he checked EVERYTHING THOROUGHLY and didn't pressure me to buy the higher priced product!
