Wonderful company. The first time they came the same day I called as another plumber installed the wrong kind of water heater and didn't even vent it then just left. Bsp was here within an hour and I had hot water the next morning. The next time I was having my gas meter relocated and needed the pipes moved and inspected. Again they showed up on time and last minute and everything went smoothly. Once everything was moved they again came back and rehooked up my furnace and water heater..amazing service

I've called total of 3 or more times. Kinda new to area.(2 yrs) Have had several major leaks. I have never been answered from the msgs I leave, they do not give estimates lady said we just show up and fix the issue. They (she) aren't the most professional. I WILL not be calling them to waste my time. We will be calling Potts Plumbing. They came and looked at my issue to give me an estimate. Not only that but gave feed back on possible future issues to try and prevent them. Showed up in less than 12 hrs. They earned our business for sure. Thank you Potts.

So, I called Bob Stanley on Wednesday July 8th 2020 to have my mini split system looked at due to it only blowing cool out of one head unit at a time. Provide them with the model numbers of the condenser and head units and a very detailed description of the issue so that they knew what to expect upon their arrival. I was informed that we were looking at possibly next day Thursday or at the latest Friday morning. So come Friday morning I called them at 10am to verify that we were still on for today so that I could keep my schedule clear. They informed me that their tech would not be in until 1030

I contacted Staley after flooding of my basement in May. After a camera scoping of the line and finding a broken sewer line in the yard, we scheduled a line repair for 2 days in late August. During the time between May and August, Staley scheduled the required locate calls and they were performed twice as per state law. Incidentally, we had two unpleasant and unprofessional interactions with Staley while preparing for this major operation. On the day the scheduled repair was to begin, no one had arrived by 10:00am so we contacted Staley. Apparently we were not on their schedule. I had had to take

I called in September after our HVAC stared making a clank noise. It took 3 weeks and a call to get them to show up in mid-October.
The gentleman took the panel off the system and minutes minutes later informed me that the blower needed replaced (off-hand claimed it would be around $500) and that it looked like the heat exchanger is cracked. I did not observe him remove the blower or use a snake camera to observe the cracks. I was then told I needed a whole new system installed.
I was then put on the technicians cell with another gentleman who gave me several options for a new system and I asked

Ali that answers the phones was amazing. My cell phone wasn’t working very well and it was hard for her to hear me she was very patient and very understanding best customer service ever!!!
The technician Mike and Franny we are also amazing. I asked lots of questions wanted to know exactly what was going on they were very patient answered all my questions never got annoyed with me. They were both very helpful again outstanding customer service.
