This company has exceptional customer service. We had a special event we were hosting and the technician was able to get our yard sprayed & everything done, working around our schedule, plus working with our family situation and graduation schedule. They never told me it wouldn't be possible or time frames we had wouldn't work. They really worked around and for me in a manner I have never had with ANY business. I'm extremely impressed with this company. I have yet to come across any company that has this level of customer service, they're customer service is top notch. The gentleman was polite, personable, and just an all around nice guy. He was also extremely knowledgable which other companies seem to lack when you ask questions. We'll be using Northstar from now on to keep the flying crawling insects at bay.
