In the summer of 2017 after 15 successful years on North Main Street, Kiss It Good Buy expanded its operation, moving to a much larger location at 201 East Franklin Street in the heart of Grapevine's Historic Main Street District.
While the address has changed, and the new location offers much more space, the business principles that have guided this family business for nearly two decades are the same. So while buyers will enjoy significant savings over original purchase prices, consignors typically receive a much better return than trying to sell their merchandise via online portals.

We do get very busy though and really don't want you to have to wait.this is why we prefer emailed photos. We try to respond within 24-36 hours and please remember, we are closed on Mondays. Walked in looking for a specific item. 2 employees saw us turned their back ......no hello how are you can help you....nothing. Not an acknowledgment that we were in the store. Did the same to every customer that walked in. So, yea terrible customer service. Hope they weren't the owners. I'd be pissed if my employees treated customers like that.

FANTASTIC STORE! I dread giving GEMS like this away but I must. This store is packed full of first class merchandise at wonderful prices. If you need a complete living, Family or bedroom or just looking for a exceptional accent piece.....this is the place! And the staff is AMAZING, Cass helped us and her energy and smile are contagious for sure. Super informed about the pieces and willing to sit and talk to you about them too. No pressure, No Sales mojo, just a fantastic store with quality goods!!!!!!

A place like no other!! The merchandising, product knowledge, staff, and prices are superb! We walked in to 'browse' and left with timeless, unique, high quality, one of a kind pieces at great prices. We would never be able to find these pieces elsewhere. Cass Clements, Manager is friendly, helpful, knows every item in the store, helps make recommendations and has endless reliable & trusted contacts to make pick up/delivery seamless. If you haven’t kept up with the growth of this operation you need to schedule a visit . From its meager beginning over 20 years ago on North Main Street doubling its size there before moving to its current location doubling its size again adding higher price points , more brands and new categories . The team has fought many battles in those 20 years with maybe the biggest being this past year. Come by and see why their loyal customers have stuck with them and why new customers keep coming back. Why pay full retail if you can save 50% or more?

What a fabulous place with a little bit of everything. I was looking for specific items for a contemporary house. I showed Chelsea pictures of the space and she showed me some great pieces. Everyone was so friendly and pointing out suggestions. Really great place with unusual things! Loved the onyx pillars that light up as statement pieces.

I’ve been shopping here for years and have found very unique pieces and quality items at fair prices. I try to pop in at least once a month and walk away with something most times. I recently purchased a very cool chandelier that everyone loves and were like “where did you get that!” Definitely not from Home Depot. 😎

I love this store. It is packed with unique, quality furniture and accessories. I have sold and purchased furniture here. Lisa recently helped me put together furniture for my upstairs living area. I was able to get quality pieces that will last for year to come. It is fun to walk through even if you are not in the market for furniture. I also love the store kitty.

so upper scale - the fun part - its so filled with treasures ... its like a treasure hunt. i know that i went thru over and over and saw something i had missed the last 5 rounds in the store.
make sure to take note of the price tags ... the large printed $$ amount at the bottom is on receiving .... then if you look at the middle of the price tags ... you will see dates - each month it drops - going on for 3 months. if you see a red tag with a price ... its headed back home!!!

I have been shopping at Kiss It Good Buy for several years. So many items in my house were purchased at this store, and guests who visit compliment the beautiful decor. Just this morning I had a gentleman in my house to measure for new window treatments; he commented on how "well put together" everything in my house is. He also commented on the uniqueness of the items. Believe me, I don't have any talent for decorating! I told him he should visit Kiss it Good Buy!

Funny how the bad reviews are moved out. Avoid this place like the plague. Overpriced, snooty mother, daughter "owners" who are in over their heads. If you consign something, they feel it's now theirs and they will only pay you the absolute lowest price they can. Not ethical at all! Seller beware! Buyer be rich!! Oh yeah..... check to be sure the items haven't been glued or shabbily repaired, I found this on several items that have been there for well over a YEAR!

A very interesting (and pricey) place. Came through here today on my lunch hour. It is an eclectic mix of interesting finds at prices that seemed very high to me. Most of it looked like estate sale kind of stuff that you could get for much less by going to a few estate sales. Customer service was non-existent for me as I was largely ignored by the staff as I walked through the place. I did get some nice attention from the beautiful cat that calls this place home, and for that what would have been a 2.5 goes up to a solid 3!

My wife and I love browsing the store on a regular basis. We love the eclectic collection of furniture and decor; many items I assume are custom, one of a kind items. You certainly won't find iof this quality in your generic big box furniture stores.
To date, we've bought 4 light fixtures, 6 pcs of furniture and a floral arrangement from KIGB. Some awesome deals

The items here really are quite spectacular. They have everything from jewelry to furniture and great pieces to decorate your house. I found 2 great rings but one of them had no price and the store co-owner didn't have a way to find the price so I couldn't buy it. Made me wonder how they're successful at their business but then again their selection really seems to be of high quality (I think, I'm not trained in these things).
Word of caution there's a cat in the store so be ware if you're allergic.

Bought a couch here, art here, and even adorable pieces for my daughters playroom. Service is great and every item in here is a treasure. You don't have to sift through junk, there is NO junk. There are bonuses because they also post some new stuff coming in on facebook so it lets me know when I need to come visit!!!

KIGB was so awesome to work with! I put up 4 pieces for sale and 3 of them sold super quick! The last piece that didn't sell was an old entertainment center that is too small for the new and big tv's. So they arranged to have it donated to a local charity and even saved the donation receipt for me to submit next year with my taxes. Great store and I will absolutely consign there again!!

They have lots of good stuff at good prices. They have higher quality stuff than comparable places that I have been in. I agree with Mary's review, Kiss It Good Buy feels more like an antique store than a consignment store just because the stuff is nicer not because it is particularly old.
I saw a couple things that I really liked and probably would have gotten but you almost have to take the furniture with you when you buy it. They told us that they would hold it for 1 to 2 days. They also have a delivery company that they use. I wasn't quite ready to actually have the furniture
