This is a good option if the cabinet doors are in good shape structurally and you like the door profile as well as the door overlay style. Refinishing may not be the most cost effective option if you have oak cabinets.

We used Joe and his team to reface our existing kitchen cabinets. We went with staining, so they had to replace all the doors and draws, as well as sand down all the cabinet faces. This was a big job, and totally exceeded our expectations. The goal was to match our new island cabinets, and Joe nailed it. His carpenter, Will, was awesome. His attention to detail was excellent. There were no cutting corners with his work.
We had a few delays that were outside Joe's control, but kept us informed each step of they way. I also was really impressed how quickly he would reply to my texts and emails.

This company refinished our kitchen cabinets and cupboards. They rebuilt all the doors and drawer fronts, and professionally refinished and painted the frames and the doors and the cupboards. It is a new kitchen. They were neat and clean. Once they had made the doors arrived in the morning, they were complete in the job by the end of the day. By refacing the cabinets, they built us a brand new looking kitchen without having to change out the existing (older) backsplash and cabinet boxes. Joe and his crew are professional and do great work. If you’re worried that the price seems too good to be true, don’t be worried. Our kitchen is older and had some issues that needed to be addressed along the way of the refinish, all of which Joe and Will handled quickly and professionally. We couldn’t be happier with the service. Don’t be worried if your kitchen has weird quirks- Joe and Will are talented, quick and pros at what they do. 10/10 recommended. EDIT to add: The crew was exceptionally clean and didn’t leave any mess. They used a filter to help with the paint/chemical smell

After getting three quotes for cabinet refacing, Pro Refinish had the best price and did an amazing job. My dark, chipped cabinets were replaced with beautiful white shaker and the old boxes were painted. After measuring and ordering the new cabinets, the painting and installation took one day. Easy to work with and kitchen looks great.

We had Pro Refinish refinish our kitchen in 2018. Joe was responsive and answered all our questions. There were a few spots that were not painted properly and Joe addressed the matter immediately. We changed our dishwasher a few months ago and needed paint touch up. They were quick to respond and send the painter to patch up the paint. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend them.

We love Pro refinish and do recommend them to our friends and family. They refinished our kitchen and built some custom cabinets. They came true to their motto ... "you'll love your kitchen." When we purchased our townhome five years ago, I wanted to change the dark cabinets to brighten up the kitchen. As they were still in excellent shape (14 years young) my husband didn't want the high expense of replacing them. Someone suggested painting them but I didn't like how most looked - until I saw Joe's work. He used a white lacquer paint that made them look like factory finish new. And we replaced the knobs and pulls with stainless steel fixtures.

Pro Refinish did an amazing job with my kitchen. My white cabinets were dated and had broken hinges. Joe came with samples, took measurements and exactly two weeks later I had an updated beautiful kitchen. The painting was done one day and the cabinet doors the next. Joe even built me a new desk drawer and put doors over an open cubby.
This was the easiest remodel I've ever done. I couldn't be more pleased and would recommend Pro-refinish without hesitation.

We did not want to spend a fortune to replace our kitchen cabinets and there aren't a lot of companies left out there who do re-facing. This is one of the few we found and are glad we did. They did all they could to make our cabinets look like new again at an extremely reasonable cost (really, they did a lot of work for what we were charged...I almost felt a bit guilty! We wanted to redo kitchen cabinets for our townhouse to get it ready to sell. Joe was awesome! Not only did he give us a quick, timely quote using pictures of my kitchen that I emailed him--talk about convenience--but he also completed the excellent work quickly, finishing the job in about two weeks. I used Pro Refinish last summer when I purchased my condo and had my kitchen redone. I did lots of research as I wasn't sure if I needed refacing or refinishing but after emailing with Joe we decided refacing would be the best approach. Joe came out twice to take measurements. Once for my original request and a second time when I asked him to build custom cabinets around my washer/dryer which is also in my kitchen.
