This company is irreputable I called to get an estimate was told installer would come take measurements, Michelle called to set time but was delayed and needed to reschedule, the time she set for reschedule was fine but got delayed again and I explained to owner, John I could not meet as I run a business texted me following Saturday would work and to call the owner and to my surprise he said due to multiple scheduling he does not want to do business with me and accused me of calling in under another account which is B.S. John is not a good business man I would not recommend his service. Repose

It took about a month and a half from order to install for 4 windows. They were not cheap at $2,000. The people and service are a 5 Star. The windows blocked all road, train, and construction noises; however, that was not bothering me. The neighbors dog and late night parting was my concern. I can still hear the dog bark but it is very faint.

We had exactly the opposite experience from the previous post. John was very professional & gave us plenty of options to consider. After installation, the noise reduction in my children's windows was quite significant.
After our house flooded during Hurricane Harvey, John told us how we could salvage our window inserts and save them for future use. I will definitely consider using them again, when we eventually move back next spring.
