This company has terrible customer service. I showed up at my mom’s house after being told that they would be there at a specific date and time. They never showed up. I found out they closed the office for that week due to COVID. I was told they tried to call me to tell me it was cancelled. I never received a call and certainly wasn’t left a message on my voicemail. I guess that would be too easy. I had other issues with them prior to this as well. Choose another company for your glass needs. You will be glad you did.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. The customer service is abismal, and most sadly, they do a low quality job. Ronald, the owner, has been to our house 3 times to measure for our custom shower glass door. He has mismeasured, and had to reorder the glass, multiple times. He’s offered no solution for us other than a weak apology. If you want to spend 6 weeks waiting for a glass door from a company with terrible customer service, this is the place to go.
