This review is solely on their customer service because it was so bad I never got the chance to review the quality of their work.
I called Ipsen construction on a Thursday and the lady on the phone said she could have Ryan, the owner out the next day, Friday at 2pm for a quote to have some doors installed. 2pm Friday comes and no call saying they are on their way or running late. I attempted to call both the office and Ryan's cell phone and received no answer. He ended up showing up at 2:10 which wasn't that big of a deal. But good customer service would have been to call and say they

I made an appointment with Ryan the owner of ipsen construction. He was on time,polite, understanding of financial cost, very experienced and gave me a quote with in a few days.
They did a full gut and remodel of my house. They renovated the kitchen with new cabinets, granite and a backsplash. Remodeled 2 bathrooms with new tile, granite with undermount sinks and shower glass doors. They started and finished in the givin time frame and there wasn't a ton of unexpected costs.

Had these guys remodel 2 bathrooms and my kitchen for me before I sold my house, they did a fantastic job, everything they did and worked on came out better than I expected, and my house sold in 4 hours after listing! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality craftsmanship!
