The rugs look clean, but woven area rugs are much denser than wall to wall carpeting and hold much more soil that cannot be vacuumed out. This is what has to be removed before rugs can be treated. On June 9 2021 I got a quote to have my kitchen tile floor and grout cleaned and color sealed. I was told that they needed to order the color seal and would call when it came in. They never called. I called them several times never got an answer as to when it would arrive. Needles to say it never got done, today is August 12, 2021. Call someone else.

As All County elected to write a comment, rather than message me, I'll address their comment as an update, rather than a direct message.
First, this situation escalated because the "service" they provided made the issue worse. If the PURT treatment had failed to work, I would have shrugged my shoulders, said "well, I tried" and replaced the carpet. But by applying some sort of chemical cleaning treatment to the carpet (after applying PURT twice) they created a situation where the lingering odor of pet urine was strengthened and overwhelmed by a disgusting, flowery chemical

I called All County Chem-Dry after Clean Rite canceled two appointments on me at the last minute. All County came out the same day and cleaned my carpet. It came out great. I would definitely do business with them and would recommend them. Helene, the receptionist was prompt and courteous and Tom did a good job explaining the products they'd be using and letting me know when we can put the furniture back, etc...
