The single hung window design provides a single operable lower sash that may be raised for ventilation, tilted inward and easily removed for cleaning. The top sash is fixed for improved energy efficiency. Both sashes on the Double Hung window design are operable for ventilation and may be tiled inward and easily removed for cleaning.

Used them for two years with no issues. I order approximately 20 windows a year so I’m sure I’m not their most important customer. I called 4 times in the last two weeks to try and order windows, never receiving a call back. After finally being able to talk to someone I ordered 6 windows. When I never received an email confirmation I called again. I was told my account was closed because I hadn’t ordered anything in the last few months. Asked how to re-open my account and was told I would get a call back. As expected after the last couple weeks, no call back was received. Really disappointed

I bought a home that had had Coronet windows installed prior to our purchase. Unfortunately, some of the tilt latches on those windows had broken, and I needed replacement parts so that I could repair them.
After contacting Coronet Window Company and explaining the issue, they were able to send me the parts I needed (in the color and quantity) quickly and without delay.

All the windows in my house were replaced in spring, 2020 with Coronet Windows at the recommendation of the contractor. Additionally, my neighbor followed suit and replaced two very large front view windows. First, I love the ease with which they open and tilt for cleaning. They look beautiful, fresh and modern. Second, the installation process was very efficient and fast! Turn around from measure to install was about two weeks, and the installer was very courteous and professional.

Horrible delivery experience. Was told windows would be available "next Thursday". Next Thursday comes and they say the truck had issues and that all windows would be in "for sure tomorrow morning". Tomorrow morning comes and I call to ensure windows are in. Yes, windows are here. Arrive to pick up windows and guess what - all windows but the most important picture window was delivered. Sorry, something went wrong with our truck again. You can drive an hour and a half to go pick it up or wait until Monday. I request to just have them deliver directly to me. Many of my rehabbing associates and I use Coronet exclusively. There is absolutely no reason for any of us to look elsewhere for our window replacements. Their custom only manufacturing process gets your window size within an 1/8" of an inch of specifications. This process does not take extra time. Coronet's turn around time is 5 business days and they will deliver your windows to the job site. Most of the time, you can order your windows and have them on the job site within a week. The quality of their windows is outstanding and cost much less than any other window supplier that I have used in
