Unbelievably great service! We went from phone call to fixed in a little over 24 hours. The techs were very friendly and knowledgeable, and were upfront with everything that needed to be done.
They were very efficient with their time and work, and the garage door is now in even better shape than it was before it broke!

I spoke to the owner Roy and explained to him our situation of what we were looking for and needed. He was very knowledgeable, personable and explained everything in understandable details. I never felt pressured to buying anything extra, but he did explain the pros and cons on the other items, if we were interested in upgrading to something better. Pricing was very fair and he did everything on time and as he said he was going to do it. The technician arrived immediately and was prepared to go to work. He explained what was going on with my garage door and fixed the problem I was having. He showed me what I needed to do to maintain the up keep on my garage door. Very professional, friendly and skillful. Roy Jackson is the man. He knows his stuff and is a man of his word. This was my first time doing business with Perry Garage Doors. Roy asks for 50% upfront once a quote has been delivered, but rest assured, this is common practice.
Roy and his family were exceptionally responsive whenever I reached out, and often gave me updates on their status. For a relatively complex project, Roy had me up and running within an hour and a half of his repair.
Would recommend these guys for future repairs. Easily added 10 years to the life of my garage door system.

Called at 10:30 am on a Friday, and they answered on the 1st ring.
They took down my information and told me that their technician would call back later since I had to go to a swim class so 1 pm and after works. They called me around 1 pm and said they had the wrong address so I gave them the right one and he showed up 5 minutes later.
Ryan came in and checked the opener as well as the rollers, he opened and closed the door manually several times, got a ladder and went up and checked the box. He explained to me what he saw and how much it would be, gave me some options including an option of

I called close to 5:30 p.m. after getting home to find that my garage door would not close. The technician arrived within twenty minutes assessed the situation, and gave a discounted price for the necessary repairs.The repairs were finished in less than an hour. I want to share this story with you. After the rain from Harvey subsided, my parents could not get the garage door open. They need to try and get out for supplies. My mom call 20 garages services explaining that they are elderly. My father is 92 and on a walker. She was told that they would just have to wait.

These guys are great. Courteous on the phone, asked appropriate questions, and set an appointment within two hours of my call. Ryan, the technician, called me to inform me of his exact arrival time. He showed up at the appointed time, in uniform and company truck, and was polite and informative. My door was in pretty bad shape, but he had it back in service in less than an hour. The final price was as originally quoted.
