Had total AC fail. Had another company quote an astronomical figure for a new unit. I purchased a unit & called Epic for the install. They were very professional and courteous. The technician that answered the phone was very helpful and understanding, scheduled us in quickly and was able to answer some questions we had. The technician that came out was on time, professional and was able to find the problem fairly quickly. He then explained what the problem was and what options we had, answering our questions honestly and with patience. The repair was done and the cost was very reasonable. I would absolutely recommend them and will be using them again when needed.

This company saved my very elderly mom in-law 2700$ by taking over from another company looking to gouge them. Excellent customer service , honest and super fast service. Eric was amazing and got them into a new unit within 3 hours!! Wow. They went above and beyond and even did extra work installing so they'd have a better cfm flow. Thank you guys.
