I needed a storage kinda last minute. Frank and his staff are caring, fantastic people. They made it happen when it really mattered. I really love the facility as well. Very secure place to store your things.

Frank and the staff have always been helpful and courteous, always going the extra mile. But when Covid hit, they really stepped it up. Always calling and checking in, asking how they can help. They've really helped my family during such a very tough time. Its much appreciated. I recommend to everyone. 😊

I definitely give this storage place 5 stars I have been with them for years and is very clean and safe place. definitely a best storage to keep your belongings, Frank is a great person, make you fill great when you come in check, bring or take staff, Barbara is great as well. I always have recommended this storage!

Been with Wilmott Self storage for awhile now and I’ve always felt respected both by Frank and Barbara. They are very professional and respectful and they really know how to treat the customers well. First of all, before you go into a storage you need to talk to the people who run it, first comes Frank which is who helped me out, he is really cool and down to earth guy, he's not a "oh yea let me take your money" kind of person, Barbara is such a sweet lady as well, and always cleaning, they're definitely the right people to run this storage facility! Now the units themselves are also very clean you don't see trash as you're driving in which is a nice feature considering so many fields around LB causing debris. Over all I've been very pleased by the services I've received here!

I have been with Willmott self storage since 2019. I was in a bind and needed a unit ASAP. Frank was very helpful and kept me updated on when one would be available. Both Frank and Barbara are very friendly and there customer service is awesome. The units are clean, and pricing is very affordable. I definitely recommend them for your storage needs.

I have had my treasures stored at Willmott Self Storage for more than 6 years now. The staff has always been professional and courteous. The buidings are always well maintained and the property is kept nice and clean. Frank even calls me when I forget to slide the latch when I lock my unit. The staff is very nice and helpful. I have three storage units here and have had them for three years. The place is clean, neat, and well monitored. The units are easily accessible. The place is very well maintained. I'm usually the only person in the whole place which is very nice when I'm going through my units and have stuff all over the drives. I never feel rushed or pestered. It's very peaceful. I highly recommend it.

I have not really been the person to have to use a self storage . I called around and got prices .. Willmont Self storage was the place that beat the rest as far as price ..the pay for two months and get the thrid free ....that's why I ended up here ....So I get to the storage place ,and I am greeted by this dark skinned handsome man ..so nice and very helpful being that I wasn't familiar with the what I had and what size I needed ... So got the one he recommend... It was perfect size...so I would recommend this place very secure and easy to get in and out of ....

Best place for self-storage in Los Banos hands down. Frank and all the staff there were very helpful. Facility was clean and accommodated our every need. Highly recommend!
