To begin, I don’t understand the bad reviews on here, because the service and professionalism was AMAZING! I called initially for an estimate, and Kevin, I believe, came by the day he promised, which was incredible, for there are many companies that won’t even stick to their estimate date. The work was scheduled for a couple of months down the road, and communication was always the best. I was informed, via text and call when one would come down, and the process and the finish date. "Although, I am pleased with the end product, I am not impressed with their level of professionalism. They would show up unannounced even though I had asked several times for them to let me know ahead of time. They didn't follow the estimate when installing the posts and when I called to tell them it wasn't what I wanted, they admitted that they didn't look at the estimate and just assumed they knew what I wanted. They reassured me they'd come back out and redo it, but then I didn't hear back from them for a solid 10 days. It took an additional 3 weeks for them to complete the job after they installed

Despite being delayed b/c of a lot of work, they communicated well while we were waiting to get our job done. The day they arrived, they arrived on time and were professional, friendly, and worked quickly and efficiently. They did excellent work. The people at Century Fence have been friendly and efficient to work with. They helped me out twice with a fence repair after storms and tried to work me in sooner as much as possible because I have dogs. The installers are experienced and professional and the fence work they did looks great and is solid. I am going to contact them again to replace the old fence in my backyard. They also put up a gate to my backyard and it is super.
