We called and scheduled for Branson HVAC to come look at our A.C. unit Monday to come look at it Friday and they call us Friday saying they are unable to come check it out because they are too busy with other people and need to reschedule. They said they had too many people calling and complaining that it's going to be a really hot weekend and they… are just swamped. Professional? I THINK NOT. I am a pregnant woman who could overheat and they obviously don't care that we need our A.C. looked at just as much as anyone else. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. Never going to use them.

Our air went out Thursday afternoon. We assumed it just froze up. So we shut it off for the night. Friday morning we woke up to our house 85 degrees. Notified our landlord at 8am. The company called me by 930am to set up a time. They sent someone right away. We thought it would have been doable until they could speak to our landlord about some… further work. I talked with the landlord Saturday morning. She said she authorized the work for Monday sometime. Our house was up to 90 as of last night. So we had been staying elsewhere. Best ever! I usually don't write reviews but Branson Hvac deserves it. My air conditioner quit working so I called Branson Hvac and within 1hr I was fixed up. The young man that went to my home was polite and very thorough. Plus it didn't cost a arm and a leg. Highly recommend! Thanks from one happy Mama..
