Called to see if they could schedule an evening appt. The individual I spoke with on the phone stated she had to clarify with her boss. She asked me for my address and I told her I wasn’t comfortable providing until I knew if they could accommodate an evening appt. The staff person on the line was so offended i asked that, so rude, and informed me “that was a weird thing to ask”. I told her I felt her attitude was rude and termed the call. If that’s how the operator speaks to you, imagine the repairman. No thanks.

My girlfriend and I purchased a used washer and dryer from them. The spin cycle on the washer doesn’t work due to a bad clutch and the belt on the dryer is broken. Hairston Appliance wants to charge more money to repair the broke appliances they sold. A clutch kit is 16 dollars, a belt is 7 dollars. As a manager in a diesel repair shop I’m shocked at the level of unprofessionalism and the fact that they’re willing to lose a customer over a roughly 20 dollar repair. Filing a complaint with the bbb. Highly recommend doing business elsewhere.

I brought a Kenmore side by side fridge which came with a 90 day warranty. I had the fridge all hooked up for 3 weeks and called Hairston to say my ice maker wouldn't work. After finally getting a hold of them by going in personally, I was told that because I didn't use their delivery service and picked up fridge myself that my warranty was void. They wanted to make me pay for a service call. The company doesn't respond to your voicemails and does not honor their word. I will never visit this store again. I highly recommend you not trust these people or prepare to be disappointed.
