Advanced Lawn Technology

We hired Advanced Lawn Technology to do a paver patio project that included the relocation of four palm trees. The whole project took about a week because weather related delays, but all in all was completed on schedule. We love our patio and will contact them without hesitation for any future projects. If you are looking for any yard improvements I highly recommend them.

I initially contacted Brian to have him install some sod in my backyard. I also mentioned to him about some consistent and heavy flooding in that area. Out of the four contractors I had come down to give me an estimate on the sod, none of them mentioned a solution for the flooding-even though I discussed it with them. I eventually decided against the sod for now, but still had Brian install a French drain to fix the flooding.
They are a very professional crew, starting from the receptionist who answers the phone (Sierra?) to the crew that showed up on game day. These guys showed up early as promised

We wanted to see how well the work would hold up after some heavy rain prior to writing our review. Bryan and his team came out to bury some down spouts, remove bushes, and sod. We experienced a slight issue with the pop-up drain a few weeks after the install. We contacted Bryan who promptly sent out a team to troubleshoot and rectify. The drains and catch basins have been working wonderfully since.
The team is courteous and professional - we had a great experience.

I can't say enough good about Brian and his team. They have been drug through months of me changing my mind, quoting me, changing it again, and quoting me again. He stayed patient with me and always took the time to answer all the questions I had. They have done a complete makeover on over half of my yard and will be back after my pool is built to do the other half. They are all polite, professional, knowledgeable and do top quality work. The prices are very fair and their finished product is breathtaking. I will never use anyone else! Thank you.

Poor communication. Took our $75 for a rendering for the HOA and once we told him it wasn’t what we were thinking he never got us anything else even though we asked. Kept saying when we would follow back up with him that it was coming or I will get it to you and nothing....

Love this company. Brian is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He listens to what you are trying to accomplish and then makes recommendations to make your vision come to life. If you have a project and are not sure or able of how to accomplish it, definitely give ALT a call.

They were working on my neighbor’s yard, saw me out working on mine and offered to haul off the 12 plants I had dug up. Brian certainly didn’t have to offer to help me, but I’m thankful he did! Will definitely call them if I decide not to work on my own yard next time 😊
