Called to see if they would be interested in bidding on a job(that could potentially be good money to be made), but I'm assuming bc my number is out of state, she answered the phone and said "Not Interested" Pretty rude in my opinion... If you won't even listen to the question, you must not need work! Good luck, I wouldn't recommend calling them.
