This company did the tree cutting service for my property back in 2003 n they never closed the permits and now as the result my property couldn't sell because of this company refused to pay the fee for closing the expired permit, and make matters worse they never informed us that they never closed the permits back then, their excuse was "oh, back then the county didn't require us to close the permit"; meanwhile the price we paid was also permit fee, but they kept the money and never taken care of the permit. Now when you try to have them close the permit, they refused and told you not to call their
