We have worked and continue to work as a sub-contractors as part of our business model. We are always comfortable taking the lead on any project, but also know the value of being a sub-contractor and part of the entire project team. We are different from other general contractors in that we work off of a draw system rather than asking our customers to fund their entire project upfront.
