Amazing company. The technicians, Sam and Latigo, were very professional and knowledgeable. The price was very reasonable and the work was quick but thorough. Everyone from the first call we made to the end of the project was polite, positive, and courteous. Ashe glass has exceptional customer service and great quality work. We used them for a master bath remodel (shower glass, several mirrors and a frosted glass door). We experienced a few hiccups along the way, but Leo was phenomenal and remedied the problem immediately. I would definitely use this company again for any future needs and highly recommend.

Excellent customer service and relations. Tito and Leo are the most pleasant gentlemen to deal with! Rose or Lynn will always take your phone call or walk-in with a smiling face! And if you're looking for a well kept professional shop, Ashe is where to go. Their facility is one of the cleanest and organized facilities in the industry. Quote times are fast and their prices are fair and reasonable. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

I am writing this to thank you for what you did for your fellow shopkeepers, by replacing their broken glass by the protestors. With all that is going on, it is sometimes easier to just worry about you and your family. But, you sir went above and beyond. Without being asked... you took care of those stores and were able to give them some relief from this onslaught of stress that they wake up to everyday.

I brought in measurements and they made an error on one piece by 10". Ten inches !! Ok, stuff happens... yet: When we reported it, there was no apology. We had to return it. I was told they would fix it while we waited, but it took two days, and we had to pick it up. Even though it was their error !! A second piece was incorrect but by a small margin, so we didn't complain about that...yet their technician kept saying since he cut it according to the drawing (THEIR drawing, as I DID NOT SUPPLY A DRAWING but only measurements...which did not match the drawing, he said if it broke on correction

We had them come out and measure for frame-less glass for a tub. Once they came out to install, they said that it didn't fit right and that they weren't able to complete the project. The manager Leo was very insincere, didn't apologize for the huge inconvenience it caused, and did not provide good options to fix the issue. We asked for our money back and will be finding a different company to work with. Very disappointing as we were looking forward to giving them a lot of business by working along side our remodeling company.

Ashe Glass is simply the best! We needed to replace the stained glass in our front door and sidelights. We chose our glass and expected about a week or so before it could be installed. Not only did the glass come in early, they were able to install it right away! Pricing is fantastic and the installation was on-point. Everyone we spoke to was helpful, kind and courteous. Highly recommend!!!
