Aachen Tree Service is a family business owned and operated by Bob and Allison White. Our family owned business started back in 1980; knocking on doors eager to share our passion and knowledge with all of you. Bob grew up in the valley and has been working as an Arborist with the tree business since he was just seventeen.
We will remove and trim any decaying branches to insure the longevity and health of your trees. Stumps can be not only hazardous but an eye sore to ones property, we can grind down a stump or completely remove it. Using the proper fertilization is important for the health and longevity of your plants/ trees.
With times like these, we understand the difficulty in justifying the expense of maintaining the health of your trees; however, it's not only the health of your landscape that your maintaining but your also preserving and increasing your property value. Don't let another company break the piggy bank.
The service provided was tops. I called for a tree removal and had the rest of the property gone over. The crew was professional, very good work performed. I plan on having them out again soon. They knocked out an amazing amount of work in less than a day. They did a great job cleaning up our trees.

Was driving south on McQueen rd and Pecos when the truck in front of me was throwing trash onto the street while driving! The truck happened to belong to Aachen tree service, I have not had the pleasure to use this company but from seeing this act I can tell they are not professional and don't value a clean Environment!

We hired this company to remove a 20 yr old cissue tree and stump grind. They showed up and cut the tree down and during that time dropped a portion onto a pool box that was in the area. They covered it with our fire ring pan so Noone would see it or know it happened. They were also supposed to grind the stump out below grade. They did just a short amount and then covered it with dirt and rocks but left most of the stump above ground. We now hired a excavator to cut the ground level for astro turf and found that they did not grind hardly at all. Won't answer calls or texts about anything so

It was great working with Allison and Aachen Tree Service. I had an overgrown palo verde that needed lots of attention. The crew shaped it nicely, and their clean up was phenomenal. Other than the beautiful tree, there was no trace they had been there.
I recommended Aachen to my mother. With a very small yard, her citrus trees really need to be contained. In a tight work space, Aachen made the trees beautiful and, again, didn't leave a stick or leave behind.

Reasonable and competitive quote. We received quotes from several tree services. All of them were asking more than double Aachen's quote. They were able to get us on their schedule in a reasonable amount of time. The crew showed up on time, did a thorough job trimming and crowning the trees. No debris was left behind.

The summer heat was devastating, we lost 4 ficus and 4 ash trees along with 6 shrubs over 4 feet tall. Allison came by to provide a free estimate. The estimate included tree and bush removal including root removal; also included trimming/thinning out two trees in front yard. Allison was great and the estimate was very reasonable. The crew showed up on time, they were efficient and responsive and left the property spotless upon departure. I would not hesitate to call them in the future, if needed. I recommend Aachen without reservation, we are very pleased and you would be too.

After we had two trees die, I reached out to several tree companies to ask about removal. It was pretty clear that at least a couple were uninterested in doing the work... the quotes were, wow! Aachen gave a bid that included removal of the trees *and* the roots, *and* included thinning out a knotted-up mess of a palo verde, that was significantly less than other quotes to just grind down the stump.
I have to admit... I'm usually leery of the lowest bidder, but Allison made me feel confident that Aachen could deliver. And they did! The crew was on time, did a fantastic job, and cleaned

We have lived in the valley for 15 years. We have used many of the big name companies, always to be disappointed and ripped off. A friend recommended Aachen and we gave them a call. Allison assessed our situation and listed to our concerns and the next day provided and estimate. We scheduled the service a few days later. Allison was on sight (unlike other "professsionals, who send out a crew, unfamiliar with the details), the entire day while she supervised the crew and inspected their work. I usually do not post reviews, however Aachen really impressed me enough to take the time to share my experience

They removed a huge Palo Verde tree from our front yard and four mesquite trees from the back. This crew absolutely knows what they are doing. They cut down the trees removed every bit of debris and ground the stumps. You can't tell there were ever trees there. They pruned five mesquite trees and they look absolutely beautiful!! They even planted the new tree in our front yard.

I couldn't be happier with Aachen Tree Service. They have removed two different trees and effectively stump grinded which I learned the hard way does not always happen and they have performed tree trimming for me. Had a fantastic experience with Aachen Tree Service this morning! Our mesquite was out of control, and their crew quickly tamed and shaped the beast. They brought a wood chipper on site, and thoroughly cleaned up all of the extra debris in my yard - and neighbor's yard - before leaving. I will definitely use them again!

The owners personally oversaw every aspect of our job which included the removal of three very large sissous (10+ years old) and the trimming and fertilizer for our queen palms and pineapple palms. They were professional, all members of their team were polite and spoke English, and they were neat and tidy! Believe it or not, they left my yard better than it was! You could not even tell that we had trees in those locations after they left! Stumps were ground below the surface, roots were removed, all debris was mulched down at the scene then hauled away, very pleased with them! Their service was

Great service at the right price! Worked with Bob White to have two huge trees removed with stump grinding. His crew showed up on time and was professional to the last. Completely cleaned yard after removal and now it looks as if the trees never existed. I am completely satisfied and I would absolutely recommend AACHEN to anyone. An update on Aachen tree service. Our Sissoo area started to exhibit some growth where the stump grinding had occurred. Called Allison and was on the schedule within a week.
They were out this AM & did a regrind. I also asked if they could remove a couple of dead branches on a tree nearby. Done!!! No charge!
They have my praises for great customer service and satisfaction!

Allison was awesome. The crew came on time and cleaned up everything that I needed them to do. Very prompt service and reasonably priced. I will definitely reach out to them for any tree services in future. Cleaned up the area after finishing the job and it felt like the trees never even existed!! Cannot say enough about their service.

I give this company my highest recommendation. My previous experience with a tree company was not good so I was a little concerned hiring a new company. I was immediately impressed with Alison's knowledge and professionalism and fair price. They removed two palm trees (including a 20 foot tree) AND they fixed a problem from the previous company's poor work. They were timely, quick, cleaned up everything. Great experience, thank you!

I couldn't be more pleased. Bob came to my house and gave me a quote and the crew was able to immediately do the work. They removed, stump ground, and prunned other trees. They were so quick, did a great job, and cleaned all the debris in about 2 hours. I felt like the price was fair, less than the other estimates I received.
