Bruce's Property Services, LLC is a lawn and landscape maintenance company with a focus on residential and commercial properties. Owner, Kevin Bruce, worked in corporate sales for twelve years before turning his passion and hobby into one of Gainesville's only premier full-service landscaping providers in 2014.

One of the most overlooked steps in the pursuit of a healthy landscape, is regular fertilizer and an effective weed control program.
At Bruce's Property Services, LLC we strongly believe in being an important part of the community we serve. Our definition of community is simple. It is a connection we share with the people in the areas we service. It is caring and looking after people because they would do the same for us. Over the years we have donated our services, time, and resources to those we identify as needing it the most.
We try to schedule our business clients early in the week and our residential clients are scheduled Tuesday through Saturday. Anyone who truly wants a nice landscape and knows the true value of caring for a beautiful home. We work with both personal and corporate clients. We do our best to schedule in weather "time" - depending on the time of year.

I highly recommend Kevin and his crew. I originally had Kevin install a new sprinkler system and sod at our house. We got to talking about doing a fertilization program. We have been here for 15 years and our yard has never been so plush, green and weed free. They do well over 2 acres and his price is half of what it would be if I did it myself. I have also had issues with stickers and this is the 1st time I can actually walk in the yard barefooted! His crew is courteous and on time for appointments.
