When Dale and I decided to do some home remodeling, we got estimates from contractors and decided to go with Family First. They installed 12" lap siding with soffits and fascia along with gutters and downspouts to the exterior. In the kitchen they removed old cabinets and backsplash and installed new ones, along with painting the kitchen. They did a phenomenal job and everything is as we envisioned it. And since we are a retired couple, their very reasonable estimate made it all possible. We wanted to thank Ryan, Katie, and their entire crew for doing such a beautiful job. You made us very happy

I have worked with a lot of contractors over the years. None have impressed me more than Ryan, Katie, and the Family First team. From the first call, to the last, their focus was on customer service. We needed someone to renovate the exterior of a newly purchase office building, including new exterior doors, basement windows, and concrete accessibility ramp. Even though the time table was tight, Family First made it work. Today, we get lots of compliments on the building. As with any project, there are changes. I highly recommend Family First Contracting for any job that you may have. Ryan is a "stand-out" as he was in constant communication with us from the very beginning of our project(s) which included new gutters, concrete & fencing. He offered valuable suggestions on how best to meet our vision of what we wanted. Even when the concrete truck came late in the day, Ryan and the crew worked (under spotlights, in the dark) to complete the job to perfection. Our fencing project was not the norm, but not a problem at all for these guys. We will definitely be calling them again for future projects. Suzanne

We couldn’t be happier with our new carport. Ryan’s crew did a great job building a quality structure that not only looks amazing from the alley side but serves as a sheltered place to hang out from our back yard. Ryan came up with good ideas to improve the space. His crew knew what needed to get done each day even when he was not on site. I look forward to using them again on other projects.

Start to finish, Family First Contracting is by far the best group of remodeling professionals I have ever encountered. In the 25 years since I’ve been a homeowner, I finally found a team who I can count on to get the job done with superb workmanship. I just can’t say enough about Ryan, Katie and their team! They take pride in a job well done. They are extremely knowledgeable and communicate so effectively. With past contractors it was difficult to get a return call or text but not with Ryan & Katie!!! They are exceptional!!!!! They are so organized with their time and they schedule their team

We called Family First Contracting to have work done at our home. We were able to have someone come out to see what we needed to get done and gave us an estimate for the work. The process was a great experience. Everyone was professional and worked so hard. We always had someone call to let us know when they would be here to work on our house. We are truly lucky to have found this company. Katie was so good about answering our questions and she came by on the last day work was getting good to talk to us about the work we had done and if we had any questions. We would definitely use this company

We recently used Family First for several exterior repairs ( new cedar siding section , porch post relocation) and had a really good experience. Showed up promptly on the the assigned day and got right to work. Had a good sized crew that got it done with no complications in one day. Very efficient. Book early as they are busy!

Hands down, without a doubt, I highly recommend Ryan and his team.
They were beyond professional, friendly, on time, trust worthy and they stuck to the schedule provided, talked through any change orders, explained the WHY behind some recommendations and were quick to respond to any inquiries, questions, concerns, etc.
Cost of the project was affordable and worth it- not expensive or overly priced. We are having him come back to bid for our deck- his team just finished our basement. While the project only took a few weeks, I miss them already- they were very kind to my entire family.

They were referred to me by a neighbor and I am so glad he did. I called about my issue and they were quick to check out the problem, quote a fix and they took care of the problem which involved removing some dry wall . The problem was fixed the drywall replaced and the big kicker they were able to match the wall paint perfectly without having to paint the entire area.
Job was quick and they cleaned the area after completion. I would highly recommend them and I am planning on using them on another project.
