Turner's Fine Furniture has grown from a modest start in a hardware store in Pelham, Georgia, to a multi-city enterprise thanks to the dedication of four generations of the Turner family. Established in 1915 as a hardware store, the Turner family worked hard to expand their business, obtaining more and more locations over the years.
Despite the economic hard times of the Great Depression and the troubles of World War II, the company continued to grow. Although they kept the hardware line for many years, by 1942 they handled mostly furniture and continued to branch out. By the early nineties, the fourth generation of Turners became active in the company with Fortson Turner working as the manager of the Tifton store and Austin Turner as manager of the Albany location.

Service was amazing, very nice people who knew what they were talking about. It is also the only furniture store out of the 7 I have been in this week, that was smart enough to pre order furniture so that customers can purchase and actually not have to wait for months before they get to enjoy it. Having just bought a house in the area and relocating from 9 hours away, this store was a god sent. Will be shopping here exclusively from now on.

I LOVE Turner's and especially my design rep, Vicky Saltz. Turner's has beautiful and quality furniture including the Liberty line that I adore. Vicky has an excellent eye for interior design. She has given wise and kind advice on design while my home transitions during various renovations and stages. She keeps me focused when I get lost in the "vision." I love that she is low key and does not have that pushy sales man angle. She is a wonderful lady. ❤

I visited several stores in Florida to look for help in filling in the missing gaps in my research and order my dream couch. By phone and in the store, I was met with superior customer service from everyone I spoke with, especially my Design Consultant, Tonya. She was able to work around my busy schedule and unexpected zoom meeting to help complete my order pushing into closing time. I’m grateful for her expertise and kindness and can’t wait for my new couch!

I had an excellent experience with Tonya who helped with furniture styles, colors, and sizes that would fit into my new home. She used a program that helped me visualize the placement of each piece of furniture which was very helpful.She went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with all of my decisions. She was extremely knowledgeable and I would definitely refer her to other friends and family..

My wife and I had a wonderful experience purchasing furniture for our new home at Turner's with Carmela. The store is beautiful and well organized and Carmela provided every detail we needed and could readily answer any question we had. She wasn't overbearing and she made sure that she met our needs. Recently moved and needed some new furniture and Turner's was recommended to us and we're very happy we visited. After checking out the selection we visited a couple of other stores but came back to Turners for their selection and customer service. We met Vicky and she was really great and helped us find exactly what we both wanted. We will be shopping there again and looking for Vicky's help.

Very nice items but not very friendly nor helpful. My 3 stars is only for the items in store. I was in this store for about 20 mins; no one spoke nor asked if I needed any help. Saw a La-z-boy chair that I was interested in but instead I took my business to Mobley's in Perry. I will forever spend money with those who are personable and nice. It says a lot about a company.
Nonetheless, I went here against my friend's suggestion; mainly because there's not many nice furniture stores in this area. She wanted to buy a table set (that was in stock) but the manager said it would leave

I am normally quiet on social media BUT....couldn't help myself! Absolutely horrible customer service and management!! Wanted to buy some living room tables, looked at several sets...made a decision to by the last one (loved the style) but it was cheaper that the other two...they WOULD NOT sell me the the last one (cheaper set) only 1 in stock because it would leave a HOLE in the space, but you have many other items to fill it with, and on top of that stated I could pay for it and get it a week later! OK....NOT!
