We recently moved out of our residence, and hired Lady Maids for a moving cleaning. They deep cleaned the refrigerator, oven and cabinets. It was worth every penny. They did an excellent job, and the prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend them

We just finished renovating the house and it was a mess. You know the feeling where you don't know where to start? Everywhere, all you see is dust and mess. Lady Maids is a quick, easy service if your home needs a little pick-me-up. I noticed that my wife and I were running behind on house work. With three kids, its hard to find the time to keep up. I heard about Lady Maids from a friend who had used them a few times before, so i decided to give it a try, I was able to schedule an appointment within minutes! Lady Maids came to my house and took care of everything on their own.. left my house spotless! I'll be sure to used this service for a quick cleaning every once in a while. Huge fan of Lady Maids! Jonathan and his team have been fantastic to work with. From the first cleaning they were extremely attentive to detail and asked specifically what we wanted done for cleaning. Just recently got a CoOp that I'm just moving into that's really dirty. I was busy with work so I had my sister book this service for me. On top of being almost an hour & a 1/2 late. I came back THREE hours later. To a CLOGGED TOILET. I never had trouble with this prior mind you, that they mentioned was already like that??? Did a brief inspection noticed a lot of spots not cleaned even the fridge pointed it out to the guy who accompanied the maid. & he said yeah she'll get to that BUT NEVER DID. Even pointed the bottom crevasses by the floor had a lot of dirt that she clearly

We have used Lady Maids for over a year, and they are great! They are always on time and do a very thorough job. We have had different individuals doing the actual cleaning, and all have been efficient and courteous. In addition, they are very willing to go the extra step on problem areas. In addition they are very respectable of our time and property. Heartily recommend!!

I was very happy with the service. I called and needed clean up after house renovation - they were able to schedule me for the next day with fair price. The owner was very polite and helpful on the phone. Next day the came on time , brought all the supplies with them. They listened to what i asked them to do and the girl that worked was very good. The house looked really clean and smell great from cleaning.

Pros - You can schedule online, which is a great ease with a busy schedule.
Cons - Very overpriced. They give you an hour window in which they will show up, which I understand due to traffic/parking etc. However the first time I used them they showed up at 9:59 when the window ended at 10. The second time they were over half an hour after the window, and I had to leave to go to work. I will have to reschedule, but I do not plan on using them again.

This is the absolute worst experience I've ever had with a cleaning company. My normal cleaning people cancelled so I hired them in a pinch. They were outrageously expensive but they were able to schedule me so fine. When I got home, I couldn't even tell it had been cleaned. All of my mirrors were streaked and everything looked exactly the same. Then I discovered that my garbage disposal was busted because the cleaner had left it on. I addressed this with the guy who answers the phone and he insisted that she didn't do it. I insisted that she did because she absolutely did and he

On my job they were very responsive and went the extra mile to get the job done right by adding an extra person when they realized that the scope of the work was larger than anticipated. They are nice people and seem to sincerely want to do right by the customer. This was a pretty big job. I pointed out a few minor spots that they missed and they immediately took care of them. I feel like I have a new house! I would definitely recommend them and would use them again. Thanks Lady Maids!

This is probably the worst cleaning a service I have ever dealt with. Save yourself the trouble and go with someone else. I arranged for them to come in clean and fold clothes. None of my clothes were folded. They literally just stuffed everything in bags. Over $200 down the drain I now have to go back and clean the things they didn't clean. Worst of all I have jewelry missing. I've called 3 days none stop and left voicemails and finally someone answers the phone. Instead of an apology I was met with excuses. The guy who answers the phone showed no sense of urgency or desire to help me

YOU HAVE TO BE KIDDING ME! They send me an email with a quote, then come to my house without a mop and use mine, use my vacuum cleaner cause they didn't have one that works and on top of that they had to use my cleaning liquids. After all that they asked for $50 more saying it was a deep cleaning. That's is not good business. GOOD LUCK

I have them a try even though they were more expensive than my normal cleaning services. In reality they did a pretty bad job. There is still a LOT of cleaning I had to do. The sink was still stained, there was a dead bug still on my window sill, I'm guessing the carpet wasn't even vacuumed in my office as there was a bottle cap and shredder bits still everywhere. Even at the "discount" for a new customer it was more pricey and they only here for maybe 1 hour. My apartment is already pretty clean as I am barely home, so to not even get the basics done? I am disappointed. $118

I got an offer to redo the cleaning that I had over two years ago because the company is under new management. Although I was hesitant at first, I decided to take them up on the offer. This cleaning was very thorough and the employee that did the cleaning was very professional. I would definitely use this company again and I am very happy with their service this time around.

I used this lady for my house cleaning. She was horrible. She asked me more money for deep cleaning and she refused to clean certain things. There was dust everywhere and when I told her and she gave me attitude. She said she'd bring her own cleaning products but she took and used all of my products without asking me. She refused to make the beds and was very rude.
I hired her after reading some of the good reviews on Yelp but now I realize that some of these may be paid reviews. She offered me a $20 discount on next service for a good review on Yelp. I will never ever hire this lady again

I have been using different cleaning services for about 20 years. Each time I move I dread having to find a new service. However, I feel I got lucky this time with Lady Maids. Josselyn who runs Lady Maids is fantastic, she comes out each time to explain to her service person exactly what needs to be done and how it should be done at my apartment so even if different individuals do the work, the service is very consistent for my every other week service. I've had issues in the past where depending on who cleaned your place on any given week, the results greatly varied.
