If you like making an appointment and changing your schedule to meet with someone and getting stood up then this company is for you. Not even a phone call to reschedule.( like I would anyway.)Not only that but when you call to ask if maybe there was an error in the scheduling they screen your calls and won’t talk to you. If that is the type of business that you love then this one’s for you.

My neighbor hired with the workers set up a new fence but I didn't appreciate what some of workers improperly behaviors to me as deaf person. They listen from my unfriendly neighbor. I don't know them well but I impressed from their horrible overreaction to me as deaf while I didn't do nothing or threaten at all. I did talk with my lawyer about the happen. Then I called and explained includes security video to a police so the police stopped and talked with them. They did leave me alone except staring us. I do not have a problem with your quality of work because I do not know it first hand, but I do have problems with how you conduct your on-site work.
You have installed two fences in my neighborhood twice in the last month and each time has been extremely inconsiderate and a violation of county ordinances.
-The crew arrives at 6AM and "break ground", Berkeley County, WV noise ordinance states you can't have excessive noise until at least 7AM (see ordinance in pic). While I get it is a construction job, most of us don't like to hear hooting and hollering, shouting the F* word at each other, and

I just got my fence installed today. Kim was awesome to work with she was very helpful and the install team was great. Everyone was super nice and the install was fast and efficient they double checked to make sure everything was perfect. They even came out a little earlier so I could get my daughter off to school on time. 10/10 would recommend!

We just wasted an entire summer with this company getting estimates, install dates, etc. Tristate did arrive on time as scheduled to get their 50% deposit. However, after that, the job was never completed, not even started. No calls, no texts, no shows. We got our money refunded but what a waste of time and energy. I wouldn’t recommend this business to an enemy!

Chose Tri State from among 4 local contractors who gave me bids to do a chain link fence for my back yard. Super happy I went with them. Sales lady Kim came out and did an estimate with a prompt response the next day. They had very reasonable price. Once I gave the deposit they were excellent about keeping me informed of when they would begin the installation. On the day of installation they showed up bright and early and got the fence done in one day. The team who showed up were very professional and the owner led the team. He was very easy to work with and listened to all my concerns and answered

I’ve had a fence installed in the past at a previous home by another company, and I have to say, Tri-State is by far a more… reputable and more impressive company! I found them through the great neighbor recommendations on the nextdoor app.
