Eric and his team (Thank you Oscar!) are professional and quick to respond every time I've had a plumbing issue. Eric's Plumbing showed up on a weekend promptly in the dead of winter to repair a busted pipe and understood the urgency and I had water back up and running quickly. Don't use this guy! He will charge you 3 times the amount of a professional plumber. During the remodel process of 2 bath rooms and reset an old water heat he wanted over $ 2,100.00 for the work. Not only was it way to high, the job leaked, values were set wrong and it pushed us back getting the job done. We had to tear out drywall and the rear surround of the shower stall so he could fix it! FYI, we supplied all materials outside of $ 100-150.00 in parts. This guy is a joke!

Eric worked on the bathroom in our basement renovation. Although we had high hopes initially, over time we have had issues with the quality of the work performed. Within a year we had a leak from the supply line to the shower which caused drywall damage. Eric came out to correct this but never returned to replace the shower arm with a matching piece or repair the drywall. We have tried to reach him multiple times and have not heard back from him in several months. Our drywall is still torn apart although he did repair the leak.

I have had the need to use Eric's Plumbing on two occasions. Both times I have been extremely pleased. He has come out completed the work professionally and with out any issues. I would certainly use his services when ever I need plumbing services. It is a pleasure working with someone with out all the drama and high pressure.
