We had used this service for awhile, and ultimately determined that what they knew how to do was cut grass. Their expertise in the areas listed on their web-site is truly non-existent. Juan, the owner, is a very personable and likable individual. But, after we cancelled our service I was remiss in keeping up with my checking account automatic withdrawals. Finally I discover that for 3 months after terminating service with this company, they continued to draw from my account. Juan, the proprietor of Lawn Rangers, is a personable and ambitious young man, but his ambitions get the best of him. In short, he overpromises and under delivers.
At first we were very happy with his services. He was reliable, attentive, and his crew did a good job. This only lasted a short time. After that it was mediocre service, delayed responses, promises not delivered, and landscaping that did not look nice at all. When I am making an financial investment I want to know I am getting quality and that is what you get with Juan at LawnRangers of IRC! I called Juan on a Friday night and he was available to meet me the next day and I got an estimate before he left the same day. They did work on my neighbors property putting in white rock they left a mess in my driveway, cut the internet wire when they were working and didn't clean up when I asked then to please clean up they said they would but never did my husband did it. My neighbor gave me their number to call when I called Juan was so rude started off saying whoever did your seal job on your pavers did a horrible job never apologized once and then when I said to him they need to come and repair the damage to my driveway he hung up on me. His workers are rude and so is the owner. I didn't even have work done from them

The Lawn Rangers of IRC are great. Juan, the owner, is a knowledgeable, hands-on leader with an eye for what will look good. He is also willing to listen your ideas and help shape them into a pleasant landscape design. We hired the Lawn Rangers to add palm tress to our property and to spruce-up our gardens. Juan installed artificial turf at my residence, I was extremely satisfied. I would highly recommend this company when looking to install artificial turf. He was priced below competitors and the workmanship was outstanding.
