I normally don't write reviews for companies or contractors like this because my time is extremely valuable, but apparently only to me, considering Caroline, and anyone answering their phones have consistently proven. This time, however, I feel is necessary for other consumers interested in a pool or spa setup. I also definitely feel their NAME says it all. OASIS, DEFINITELY applicable here because that's all it ever seems to be... you can see that oasis up ahead in the vast desert of promises of site visits and return calls, yet they just never ever happen. ISO Koi fish to fill this giant hole in my back yard... My family and I have been painfully dealing with Oasis for months now. I have a huge hole in my yard and that is all. Caroline has been avoiding emails and phone calls for weeks. Every time I try to contact her, I am greeted with a series of excuses and false promises. From the time we started the process of constructing our pool, I have seen 5 others go in that are larger than mine. Please keep in mind that I have also completed most of the work myself! Take your business elsewhere!

Not good at all on customer service at all. Don’t know how they are still in business. We had our
pool for 2 years and liner tore in corner. Would not help with replacement. Never fit tight in corner. Measuring was not right. Caroline did not seem to care. Could get some money credited but had to pay for new installation. Went with another company who came 4 times and measured for new and better liner for the same price Oasis was charging for installation. Love the service we got from other company and now buy all supplies for pool and hot tub. Do not use. Wish we had done better research on

I really enjoyed my experience with Oasis Pool from start to finish.. After getting an idea of the process we were able to pick and choose between all sorts of options for our pool. They were so patient with us and really helped guide us to getting the perfect pool set up. It was crazy how fast they dug up a huge hole and then transformed it into our beautiful pool.

We bought a home with a pool but were never quite happy with the way the original owners left it. We considered closing it up but we first reached out to the amazing people over at Oasis. After a little back and forth, they sent a crew out which resulted in the most amazing pool remodeling job we have EVER seen! We are absolutely thrilled!

I am the only child of my parents that had this pool installed by Oasis pools. They had it installed for their grandchildren. I now live on this property and and it's my utmost priority to educate the public on this business and how my parents were treated. This is a disgrace for our property and i do not appreciate the way you did my family. This is the last unofficial time i will reach out to you before you never forget this pool or my name. If you want an above ground pool that has no warranty, has a dent in the side, wrinkles in the liner, deep divots in the bottom (sand), leaky plumbing then by all means hire Oasis Pools. Our experience from the beginning has been nothing but a nightmare til this very day. We have been talked to and treated so rudely I have no idea how Caroline and Randy are still in business. We were made to communicate with a subcontractor that we didn't hire to remedy the dent in the side of our pool. This was the worst experience with a pool installer in my life. Do not trust this lady at all. Tries to charge extra for everything. If I did not have a camera on her all the time she would have buried her trash in my yard. It took 5 months to get my pool installed. Had to call another electrician to fix the issues with the electrical to pass code. Had to call another pool company to complete the set up process. DO NOT LET HER DO ANYTHING FOR YOU!!!!!!!

Me and my husband bought our pool here and it was installed the middle of April this year. They came out and put it together in just a couple of hours. We got the 27 foot and it's huge. We have 5 girls and there is always plenty of room for them and all their friends. The people that work there are always nice and very friendly!

My husband and I purchased a custom made in ground pool cover from Oasis pools in Seneca. When it was installed it leaked and we where told that oasis pools would have someone come look at it and replace it. That was about a month ago. No one has come to look at it. Oasis pools will not answer my phone calls are return my messages. I would not recommend them for anything. They do not stand behind their products. Their customer service is none existing. We spent $3200 for a custom pool cover....we did not get our money's worth.
