Sergio was recommended by our contractor. This is our first home and first near total renovation. We had ZERO issues or delays with ANYTHING he was involved in. Great creative input including things we never even thought of and now are in LOVE with! Great collaboration in making our wants come to fruition! We made a last minute design change and he altered the plans in near real time. The paperwork filing and timing with the city, processes, etc....was as easy as it possibly could have been. Couldn't be happier!

Sergio designed a new front entry, multiple landings, stairs, complicated elevations -- for my home. He came highly recommended and did not disappoint. Sergio was recommended by the first Architect I contacted who was a few towns removed from Ossining, and that architect suggested I give Sergio a call since some of the complexities of my project would be best drawn by a person who does frequent work in the area and has complete understanding of the processes and codes with the local municipality.
