I called Joe to fix a leak that was coming in from my bathroom fan vents (after the first guy I called never showed up when he said he would fix it). He immediately identified the real problem that the first guy missed. and came back a couple days later to complete the repair. While he was there, he also identified a couple other minor issues - One he fixed that day (without charge), and the other he told me to contact the company that replaced our roof 5 years ago as they should fix it under warranty instead of him charging me. I hired Joe (owner) and his team to replace my old masonsite siding with new vinyl, and install new gutters. Joe was transparent from our first interaction and listened to what I wanted. When they started the job I was surprised to see Joe helping his crew and working alongside his team, making sure everything was done perfectly. After having a large oak tree removed from our roof, after the July 2016 storm, we discovered that the tree had broken a rafter and punched a hole in our roof. When we called TD Roofing about the repair Joe, the owner, was at our house in less than an hour. He patched the hole so we would not get any water through the hole, until they could come and repair the damage and re-shingle the roof.
They were here two days ago. They worked quickly and did an excellent job, even though it was above 90 degrees and very humid.

Joe came highly recommended by my carpenter for a roof repair. He came to do the job within just a couple of days of the call and saw the problem and solution right away. He had to adapt material to the unusual situation but still made quick work of it and for a very reasonable price. Despite the tremendous heat and humidity that day, he took the time to explain what had happened to the roof and what he was doing to fix it. TD Roofing did our roof, replaced a skylight and put in a new gutter. We met Joe (TD Roofing) at the Minneapolis Home and Garden show last year. We met several other roofing contractors and his price was the best while offering the same services and material as competitors. Joe wasn't a pushy salesman and simply made suggestions on upgrades and warranty plans that fit our needs. The job was done timely (pretty much a 1 day job) and on budget with initial quote. Worked with Dean. Roof was done on a timely basis but other work was not done on a timely basis. We called about when work would be done but never heard back from Dean. The gutter work was done about 2 months after the roof. We wern't given any notice, they just showed up. As for the window replacement, the window which was replaced was the wrong size so the window treatments from the original window no longer fit.. As a result we had to throw away the old window shade and replace it with a new one which was an inch shorter.

I called Joe, owner of TD Roofing, to re-roof a section of our roof damaged in the June storm. Joe inspected the roof, sent a proposal which we agreed to, scheduled the job and did everything he said he would do on the day it was scheduled. His crew did an excellent job of cleaning up afterward. They worked carefully, efficiently and were respectful to us and our property. I was concerned about the many perennials around my house but none were damaged in the process. I would definitely recommend Joe and his crew for any roofing that you need done.
