By phone, I was quoted $50 per small single pane window replacement because my window frames were the old style metal grid. Still that price seemed fair so I scheduled with them. On the day of the appt. they did not show up and did not call. I had to contact them again. When they arrived the next day, I was told that each window would be $80 and they wanted CASH -- no checks. At no time over the phone did anyone mention the cash requirement, I had to run to the ATM. I'm a senior on a fixed income so this was stressful. Still, I had to get the job done, but I wish I had disputed that inflated price
