Kent did an incredible job; he literally saved my house from ruin after a boiler/hot water heat system failed in mid winter while the house was unoccupied that caused severe water damage. He had people there first thing the next morning removing wet hardwood flooring and getting the furnace functioning again, and continued making necessary repairs as soon as was possible. He and his crew were great to work with and were always friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend K Squared Services for any project you would undertake.

Kent and his guys do excellent work! We use them for all of our remodeling projects. They remodeled our previous home and remodeled pretty much our new home inside and out. He is reasonably priced and fair. He also stands behind his workmanship! He is a rare find and our family will continue to use him and refer him to others.

Remodeled a Kitchen and Bathroom for us, and it was great! Kent and his guys are nice, polite, quick, and spot on their written estimate. The added no-step shower enclosure for my elderly folks.

I would have choose zero but couldn’t, $150.00 an hour!? Seriously we have talked to a construction engineer in DesMoines and the average per hour rate is $45.00. WOW!! Beware make sure you get an itemized estimate!!

Installed walk in shower, new floor molding, doors and frames did excellent job. Very professional.

I would recommend them every time! Kent is awesome to work with and his workers are even better! My kitchen looks amazing and finished right on the timeline I wanted!! I will definitely have them remodel my bathroom when the time comes!
