We had a terrible time with ants, for multiple summers. They had completely taken over my house. After trying many different solutions, I called preferred pest. They came out, took their time inspecting our home and understanding the issues we were having. They came up with an action plan, approved it with us and a tech came out to start service with us asap. They did a fantastic job, very professional, always on time, and no ants!!!! We couldn’t be happier! Thanks!

We called to schedule an initial inspection on December 28th, and were told an appointment was not available until the following Monday, due to the holidays / vacation (completely understandable). However, when Carrie, the caring customer service representative, heard / felt our concern, she spoke to the Brad (the owner), and he personally came to our home that very afternoon! He patiently listened to our concerns, answered all our questions, and provided us with valuable advice. Additionally, we were not charged for his thorough inspection. I have been using preferred pest for several years now and I have always been happy with the job that they do to keep my house safe from bugs, spiders, wasps, mice and any other little rodents that might get into our home or basement. We live in the country and they are in evitable! Everybody is always courteous and respectful. These guys are the bomb!

Very professional and on time every time. Had issues with other places calling before hand as we have 2 dogs with run of the backyard and need a heads up before arrival. Spiders in the house are gone. Didn’t have issues with wasps on my porch after service too. Would recommend them.

PPC offered a competitive package for the year. At the time of quote and inspection, they were on time, professional, and courteous. Since they've come out, we had one issue with ants coming back in (after a big storm, to be expected), and I called and they came out ASAP to help. Quality of service has been great and we will most likely stick with them for the long term!

It is extremely important to me that anyone entering my home is safe and trustworthy. I would never hesitate to recommend Preferred Pest Control or any of their technicians. We are scheduled for regular service to prevent pests from entering our home but when we had a problem between service calls, they came out immediately and took care of it for us! Even our dog (who barks at everyone) knows Preferred Pest Control is welcome in our home!
