Born and raised in Charleston, Lee spent his summers learning the trades of all phases of construction as he helped his father, also a licensed contractor, build custom homes, additions, and residential projects.

St Paul’s Construction went above and beyond to help us recover from a flood. Lee was responsive and sensitive to our situation, worked within our timeline and provided guidance throughout the entire process. When our old floors proved to be very difficult to remove, St Paul’s Construction worked diligently to complete the project despite the obstacles and kept us informed the whole time. The entire team was professional and courteous and the final result is lovely. We would definitely work with St Paul’s Construction again.

They completed the renovation in a timely manner while keeping us on budget, and exceeded our expectations with cleanliness, efficiency, communication, speed, and quality. We are extremely satisfied with St. Paul’s Construction and are now in the process of having them renovate our kitchen. We know and trust their work to be quality while maintaining a level of professionalism that can’t be matched.

We’ve had two different contracts with Lee and St Paul’s Construction. I could not commend anyone higher. Quotes prepared timeously with breakdown.
Materials were delivered as scheduled. The job started on time. Each morning everyone arrived on time. They cleaned up each evening. The job was completed as per schedule. We did a walk around to make sure we were satisfied. A bill was presented and paid the following day. The 2nd job was as professional, although we were held up by rain. He and his people worked weekends to complete.
