Kenny and Caleb called before coming and arrived when expected. We were having issues with a a fuse blowing. I had previously hired another company who came out twice before Alvey and couldn’t find the issue and barely even tried. Kenny took the time to actually find the problem. He fixed all the exposed wiring that had been taped together that the previous guy ignored. These guys are super respectful, and I would recommend for hire.

My name is Rebecca Johnson. We had a brand new heating and air unit installed last year. A week ago we had an error code. Our house was about 60 degrees. We have been freezing! My husband and I have called several times and left several messages. We have not received any calls back. We had another company come out and they discovered the unit was not installed correctly! We shouldnt have to pay another company to fix the mistake of another. This is horrible business. Especially for one that says they pride themselves on customer satisfaction.

I had Kenny go out a few times the first did he a phenomenal job at fixing my furnace I was so happy with his service. Then he went out a couple more times when I has having issues with my new AC. I called him this year before it gets to busy he was supposed to go out to my house on Wednesday at 3:30 by 4:00 there was no phone call I had to call him. He told me he was taking longer then expected & probably wouldn't make it so I asked if he could go out the next day. Thursday same thing 3:30 came around I waited until 4:00 before I called him no answer I called a few times & nothing. At least have

Kenny took great care of me. I had my AC freeze up and had no idea what to do. He came out and explained exactly what happened and what I would need to do. He didn't stick me with a huge bill although the more I thought about it, he could have! My A/C wasn't working at all! Instead, he gave instructions on what to do and how I could un freeze it safely and I paid much much less than what I thought the repair was going to be. He will be the one I call forever! Great job Kenny - thank you
