I had Ardmor come out because a seal had broken in a large picture window in my living rm. I was worried about having to replace the whole thing like other companies suggested. However Ardmor was able to replace the glass and make the window look better then new all for a low price. Im extremely pleased with their honesty, speed and professionalism!

Very Professional. Good work so far. Only problem is the unvaccinated workers. Didn't realize until they were in my home. Wouldn't directly answer if they were vaccinated. Having workers , who could be required to be vaccinated against Civid-19, enter indoor homes, even with masks endangers everyone in the home or who comes in contact with them needlessly. Should have been disclosed ahead of time as we assume vendors having employees entering to people homes would all be vaccinated and boosted.

This company charges you $50 to come out and give you an estimate and take your measurements. Then they don't ever send you the estimate. I reached out in august was charged very quickly in august. Some one came out to take measurements for a door. Didnt show me any brochures or ask me what type/kind of door I wanted. I did tell him Im looking for the same door my neighbor has and pointed. He was out to my home maybe 15-20 minutes at most. Talking on the phone and taking pictures. Over a month late when I never received a quote/estimate I reached out via email and text. No response

We had been having a problem with the lock on our Anderson french patio door and had it repaired from a local guy on multiple occasions. Finally decided to get Ardmor certified technician to get to the root of the problem.
Today's appointment was such a success. The guy came in,assessed the problem, fixed the door alignment, replaced a hinge and reconfigured the handle and voila the door which is 20 years old works like new! All in about 20 minutes! I am thrilled with quick, courteous, on time and professional service of Ardmor. I would highly recommed them for all your Anderson door issues

Tl;dr terrible customer service. do not recommend.
I do not recommend this company. While I had no issues with the actual contractors, there were several issues with the installation of my doors. I have called, left detailed voicemails, and sent emails requesting to speak to management. Though I have not been contacted in regard to my concerns, I have received prompt notification to pay the final invoice and submit a review. Here it is:
4/19 - Two Ardmor representatives (1 trainee) completed the estimate and I paid the deposit. I explained that the doors were new, but incorrectly installed and

I really liked the way they communicated. Messaged them on a Sunday through the yelp app. I received a call back in a timely manner. My appointment was scheduled 9/10/2020 between 8:00AM - 9:30AM. I received a reminder text the day before. On the day of my appointment I received an updated text at 8:40 saying they will arrive in 40 minutes and to call with any concerns. I really loved this update. One thing that I did communicate to the company is when they called me on to set up an appointment their call came across my cell phone saying "Spam Risk" so just wanted you to be aware. Now

Ardmor installed 24 windows in my Society Hill home. They did an excellent job and their pricing was competitive. They made a special effort to meet my scheduling needs. The work was done very professionally with great attention to detail. They cleaned up at the end of each day and showed respect etc for the people in the house. They also worked with the Historic Committee, making sure that all requirements were met.

Absolutely amazing, professional window company. They did a great job with repair and replacement of windows. Showed up early, very neat and thorough, great product, quality installation, and lower price than the major companies like Anderson or Pella - much lower price for the same high quality. High quality work, I would definitely hire them again and again for all of my window needs. I love that they are honest about whether a window actually needs replacing, or just repair. Great company. Highly recommend. My go-to window repair/replacement company.

I was expecting the typical service company where you'd put up with "ok to good service" since no one is perfect. But this company is great to work with .. I have no complaints because everyone was so pleasant to work with. From the time of scheduling the quote to the installers (& the in between calls), I'm very pleased with the whole process.
I had an old semi arched window removed and reframed with a tilt & turn window -- beautifully done by the guys who did a solid 12 hour job. Cleaned up everything including the debris off of the roofing edge.

We were very pleased with the excellent installation of two replacement window panes in our front bow window this past week. The polite installer was very professional, very neat and performed an outstanding job. Our neighbor is interested in the future .

I was really impressed with the workmanship of this company and the quality of the door they installed. We waited about a month for the door to come in, but it was worth the wait. The workers were on time and spent several hours installing the door. When they finished the door was perfect. We couldn't be happier. Thank you for the awesome job. ARDMOR provided quality window and door services for us this month. Their prices are the right middle tier between being not too high but also not too low where you think there could be something wrong. From the scheduler to their online payment system, it's a legit company that was easy to work with. They also source quality products to install from their suppliers. The only improvement I'd suggest would be for them to put one more active installer on jobs so that they could finish jobs in one day rather than having to come back for a second day of install. Otherwise very happy with

I had two custom made exterior doors replaced. The two gentlemen who showed up to do the job were on time and put in a solid 10 hour day. They returned a few days later on time to finish the job. They took great detail in doing the job and cleaned up everything. They were also $1500.00 below another company whose quote included 40% off.

Just had a cracked window pane replaced by Ardmor. Fantastic very low stress process. They were timely in their responses during my initial request for a quote, and process took less than 7 days. Both techs who came to my house were professional, well mannered, worked very cleanly, and courteous. All receipts and documentation was sent to me via email which is great so I have an electronic record. The glass looks fantastic and although I anticipated a long process, they were in and out of my house in under 45mins!
