I scheduled to have our lawn aerated and fertilized over 2 months ago, called left message and it took over a week to get a call back. They switched my appointment to July without even telling me. When they finally called they were very rude and unprofessional.
I would not recommend this company for lawn care or maintenance. It takes them weeks to call back. Send your business elsewhere, the staff that returned my call was very rude and cancelled my service. They must not value their customers.

They have done an excellent job on our lawn. My lawn was so unhealthy, but they helped us recover it and I am so happy with the lush green lawn now. The customer service from Jodie has been amazing. Thank you Bill and William for your great work, you saved my lawn. Cheers!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value
If I could give them negative stars I would. Lazy work. Over priced.

Most awful customer experience. Owner lady dropped a F-bomb at me. Can't prove the work was actually done, which I do not think the work was done. Very unreasonable company, no interest in making things right. I was a customer for 8 years and will tell you as a potential customer reading this review, it is better to go with another company.

Average at best. Yard service is OK, online presence is terrible, hard to reach without multiple calls or emails to order service or escalate.

I called to have our sprinkler activated and the work was not completed as additional repairs were needed. When I called to inquire about a follow up work order, Total Metropolitan lawn care ran my credit card for $1,000!
I DID NOT AUTHORIZE THW CHARGE. When I saw the charge I called to cancel the work order and they would not offer me a refund. This took place during the C19 pandemic and total metropolitan lawn care was unethical enough to fraudulently use my credit card. STAY AWAY.

Have used Metropolitan Total Property for several years but the past 2 years I have had nothing but MAJOR PROBLEMS with them. This year I called again due too I thought I would give them one more chance and spoke directly to Jodi which she try's to sale other lawn care stuff and I told her lets first get thru this blowout and I tell her we have a gated community and she says no problem that they will call me 30 minutes out so we can be on the look out, then she took my money and when it got time for my system to be blown out I called and again spoke to Jodi and now after she has my money she says

Terrible customer service!! I prepaid for service and was provided an email confirmation with a total of $45 for sprinkler blowout service. A month later Jodi calls telling me I never paid and that I owe almost 2x as much because “the card must not have gone through”. I use the card daily and have never had an issue. She couldn’t believe that she may have entered it wrong over the phone. After a minute of combative attitude I told her I would have to use another company and she said “good luck”

Beyond horrible customer service by Jodi. I have utilized this company for lawn services for several years; even had an issue previously that was quickly and effectively resolved by Mr. Sigler- no big deal.
However, this year I have now had 2 run ins with Jodi: after the crew did not mow as scheduled last week, I was informed there were "no notes" in the system about the failed service; this week, I received a message indicating someone performing home repairs at my house told the crew not to mow.
When I asked Jodi about it, she became combative and told me she was cancelling my service. I confirmed

The service was fine, however on the invoice; no details of late payment fees were noted. Due to the holidays, we were late in payment and a late fee was charged. I was told that all of their policies and procedures are on their website. I think it odd that they expect their customer's to proactively read the policies on the website without acknowledgement and feel comfortable charging such a fee. I look at it as a hidden cost. I understand we were late and late costs are a part of business; however if any late payment fee were to be applied, I would expect it to have been on the invoice or expect
