I am so impressed with the company.
I called on Tuesday and they set the appointment for next day, even though it was not urgent.
They explained the pricing structure as well as setting the schedule.
They texted 30 minutes ahead to inform they were on their way. Technician showed up exactly on time, well equipped, and ready for work.
He completed the new lock installation on both doors and re-keyed them in about 45 minutes.
Super courteous, professional, and efficient. 5 star all the way.

This company responded very quickly to my request... Gave me a quote which included the price of the call to my home plus opening the lock to my utilities room.
A locksmith by the name of Jeff came with all of his gear in his truck and quickly opened the lock and prepared to keys as replacements.
All the while he was explaining to me what he was doing and how the lock is picked.
Very interesting.

I phoned DMV on Thursday to schedule a rekey of my lockset. They said they would be there between 3 and 4 that day. Four came and went with no call. So I called at 4:30 -- they had been delayed and would be there within an hour. 5:30 came and went - so I called again to ask if they were coming. "The job is taking longer than planned" so they could come after that. But since that would be too late, I was told they would have me first on the list for the next day and would 8:00 be okay -- to which I said that would be fine as long as they were on time. DMV Locksmith really saved us today. I locked up a Quickset lock I was trying to rekey for my parents. It was for their front door. I called here first and received excellent and honest advice on how to fix my brand new lock. Unfortunately, the easiest solutions just wouldn't work for our situation. This gentlemen, he went out of his way to meet us immediately and not only fixed our new lock, but also taught me how to fix it if I should need to do it again in the future.

Saen at DMV Locksmith is professional, skilled, and fast. When I called, I didn't need or expect immediate service, but I got a three door job completed the same day - convenient and appreciated! Saen explained what I needed to know to make confident decisions. My residential lock problems were years in development. We had a late afternoon closing for our home, and when we reached out to see if we could schedule an appointment to have our locks re-keyed after closing, the owner replied that he would be out to our new home that same evening to help us secure our new residence. Needless to say, we didn't arrive to the property until 6:30pm! We just locked ourselves out of our house and called DMV Locksmith. It took around 20 minutes for him to get us back inside our home once he got to us (took an hour and 15 minutes or so) and cost us $210 to unlock the deadbolt and doorknob lock (with a discount). He was great because he showed us what to do next time so we wouldn't need to call again. We would definitely use them again. Overall, the experience was smooth and we have no complaints.
