I was very disappointed with one of your service people, Lucas. After we had paid over $4,000.00 for our furnace. When I called for help 2 days later with temp in house dropping. Lucas came did some checking and assured me the furnace was fine. He said the thermostat was not set correctly. ( I had not touched it from when they left). (?) After more discussion He adjusted the thermostat told me it was set at 72. When I asked him to show me how, he said I should NEVER TOUCH it , neither winter or summer. Why did I pay for a Honeywell programable thermostat if it should never be touched, and is not

Lukas initially came to our home within a day of calling for an estimate. Their prices were very reasonable so we decided to move ahead with the work. He promptly called me on the morning of service to let me know when he'd arrive. Not only did he arrive on time, but the work was completed within the timeframe promised. He was extremely professional, explained the work to be performed, and went over everything prior to departing. I couldn't have asked for better service or installation. In fact, they'll be our service provider of choice from here on.

We called them yesterday because our water softener was leaking. The woman who answered the phone was very nice and was able to have someone come out the next day. Bob was able to either repair or replace the water softener that same day. We chose to replace it and he did a very thorough job, explained everything he was doing and why and was an extremely nice young man. We will definitely use them again in the future, if need be.

Midstate technician, Lukas Schlosser showed up early for our scheduled appointment and also called upon arrival. He was very knowledgeable with HVAC and was able to quickly diagnose the issue that our system had. He laid out what he had to do and how long it would take. He also went above and beyond what he was there to do. Lukas was very professional and knowledgeable with any questions that we had for him. We would definitely recommend Midstate for any service that they provide!

Our new go-to guys for heating and cooling! We couldn't be happier with Midstate. Lukas was very professional and helpful in selecting and installing our new AC system. He took the time to explain and make certain that we got a new system that met our needs. It was evident that he knew what he was doing and truly cared about us. Didn't try to oversell us.
