Great experience the entire way through. Ordered a heat pump and not only did David have a very fair priced unit to meet our needs but was also delivered as scheduled. Needed to follow up after the sale with David regarding some information we needed and promptly received that info in email. Great after the sale service. Fairly sure this company has new ownership and very happy with the service we received.

I'm happy with the service I received and the price I paid for labor and parts. I received a service call within 2 days of my request and they fixed it the same day.

Paid $275.00 for repair of a color wheel light. The repair lasted two days. I immediately called and was told "since water was noticed in the light there is probably a problem other than the color wheel". I said I would not have done the repair if I had been told there could be another problem other than the wheel. I was told "the wheel worked when I left".
It was suggested I try to find a snap-on color cover to at least cover the light so it would not be white since two other lights still functioned. I was able to locate and ordered the snap-on via the internet. I called back to say I'd gotten

Be very careful when using this Pool Company. Mark was called and he discovered I needed a relay capacitor for my pool heat pump. I had no problem with his $85 service charge, however, he charged me $180 for the part and he told me that he got it cheaper than he originally thought. I contacted the parts store he used later and found out it really cost only $26.00. He knew exactly what the price was when he discovered the problem. I will never use him again because that is just plain wrong in so many ways.d He basiclly lied right to my face.

Mark came out quickly and was very courteous. He completed the repair satisfactorily. The only disappointment was the markup he took on the circuit board he replaced, which I could have purchased for $335.00 retail elsewhere. He charged $452.00, a very nice markup for him, but not me.

Noticed our pool pump making a loud squealing noise which I knew meant time to replace. Called Mark he knew exactly what was going on and was here the same day. Repaired in a timely and professional manner.
Thanks!!!!!!
